Title: Construction Project Manager

Location: : Mount Bethel, PA, USA

Duration: 8 months (possibility to extended to 18 months)

Job Summary:

Est Hours Per Week: 40-50

Work Schedule Time Zone: 7:00 AM ET to 7:00 PM ET (may need to be adjusted occasionally per construction activity needs)

Job Description:

Provide Construction Management, Expected to lead the site construction team for completion of construction activities in accordance with project objectives, priorities, contracts, and ensure adherence to engineering construction plans and specifications. Success is measured by safety performance, predictable project construction cost, schedule compliance, and quality assurance of facilities and processes.

Highest Level of Education Required for this Position:

Engineering Degree or demonstrated equivalent competency through construction work experience and Construction Industry certifications.

Qualifications (IE SAP Experience, Excel Knowledge, Any Certifications, Years of Experience in Certain Fields):

10 years of demonstrated construction management and execution experience in managing capital projects (? $2 MM) in the specialty chemical or similar industry.

Ability to read and interpret equipment schematics, P&IDs, and construction drawings.

OSHA 40-Hour Training and working knowledge of General Industry and Construction Training per OSHA CFR Part 1926 is a plus.

Knowledge of building codes, consensus engineering standards and applicable regulations (ASME, API, CGA, NFPA, OSHA).

Effective verbal and written communication. Must be collaborative and comfortable working in a team environment.

Working knowledge of high purity gas installation techniques and practices is a plus.
