Job Summary:

Is Temp to Perm (FTE) Possible: Definitely possible for the correct candidate!

Specify Shift: 1st shift 6:00AM or 6:30AM Start

Must be able to occasionally work 2nd shift depending on the needs of the project

Description of work environment:

This is a hands-on manufacturing position and requires technicians knowledgeable in aerospace assembly and high-reliability procedures. Supporting activities will include: Support of space structures Subassembly manufacturing and Single Line Flow integration.

Must- Haves (Hard Skills):

Minimum 4 years’ experience in assembly, test, manufacturing, or related field.

Ability to obtain a security clearance and work in a classified area

Preferred Additional Skills:

4 years of experience with manufacturing of space qualified hardware.

Must have reliable transportation

Preferred Additional Skills:

4 years of experience with manufacturing of space qualified hardware.

Hi-Reliability, Bonding, and Aerial Platform certifications.

Experience working with hand and toque tools / measurement tools (Micrometers/Calipers)

Sewing.

Ability to see small parts with or without magnification assistance.

Experience mixing and application of two-part adhesives and RTVs.

Strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and follow-through.

Be a team player, pro-active, and customer oriented with a sense of urgency to accomplish a given task or goal.

Possess a high level of initiative and willingness to learn.

Exceptional organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.

Ability to work first or second shift

Ability to provide overtime support when needed.
