Job Title: E&C Capabilities Manager (Hybrid)

- Instructional design - be able to reorganize content into learning paths of different level of expertise
- Project management - with Agile technique to coordinate progress, experts and provide data analytics
- Capability development - Experience on capability development projects, being able to provide a perspective and lead the workgroups to evolve a competence model, assessment tool and how to gradually integrate capabilities in employee lifecycle events.
- Highly desirable: experience as Admin or curator in learning systems, Client uses EdCast as LXP and Success factors as LMS.
JOB SUMMARY:
- We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Learning Expert to lead the strategic initiative of the E&C Learning Hub and support the evolution of EC Capabilities model.
- This role combines the responsibilities of Project Owner, Content Curator, and Learning Hub Administrator and Capabilities development specialist.
- The ideal candidate will work at strategic, tactical, and operational levels to drive the development and adoption of learning and development activities within the E&C community.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project Ownership:
o Collaborate with sponsors and stakeholders to align learning strategies with business and E&C priorities.
o Work with assigned resources or experts to increase both the learning offering and the use of capabilities model by EC Community
o Lead the planning and execution of the E&C Learning Hub – define new learning paths and events based on learning needs analysis.
o Work on the evolution of EC Capabilities model, assessment tool and integration in o Employee lifecycle events.
Content Coordination:
o Connect with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather and develop relevant learning content.
o Decide on content creation or procurement (Make/Buy decisions) and align with global initiatives.
o Ensure content is aligned with the learning needs identified through assessment results.
Content Curation:
o Become a Learning Platform / LXP content curator to upload and organize content within the Learning Hub and to create comprehensive learning paths. Training will be provided by Client.
o Manage the content lifecycle to ensure materials remain current and relevant.
o Monitor and evaluate content effectiveness and engagement metrics.
o Collaborate with learning team and follow the training standards
Learning Hub Administration:
o Register events and manage participation records within the Learning Hub.
o Coordinate the technical setup and maintenance of the Learning Hub platform.
o Support users with technical issues and provide guidance on learning path navigation.
Capability Model and Assessment Integration:
o Evolve the capability model and assessment tool to meet the changing needs of the E&C community.
o Integrate the capability model and assessment insights into employee lifecycle events, such as recruitment and development planning.
o Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure seamless integration and alignment with organizational processes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Proven experience in learning and development, preferably within a corporate or E&C setting.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of leading strategic initiatives.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in learning management systems and content management tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
