Title : Quality Supervisor / Test Supervisor
Location : : EL PASO TX 79912
Duration : 02 Months
This position will be for the second shift 3 : 30pm - 12 : 00 am and the duration will be for 6 months. Temporary project work only.
What will you do?
Train, support, and supervise a team of quality inspectors / testers.
Participate in continuous improvement projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
Prioritize job flow into test to ensure safe, quality products and prepare production reports regularly.
Participate in Safety, Client Production System, and ISO audits, ensuring timely completion of action items.
Analyze failures, develop root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions in response to customer complaints.
What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
Experience in reading and interpreting part drawings and strong troubleshooting skills.
Proficiency in creating Pareto charts and 8D reports.

Customer Satisfaction & Quality Manager
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic / Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
3 years of QA experience
3 plus years of team supervisory experience.
