Job Summary:
This role requires an experienced professional with a strong background in microbiology and quality assurance to support manufacturing processes and microbiology lab operations. The primary focus is to ensure compliance with FDA-Cosmetic guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) through the development and implementation of quality systems, processes, and procedures. Key responsibilities include conducting microbiological testing on finished products, raw materials, and water, releasing results in SAP, and maintaining workplace sanitation standards. Additional duties involve updating quality boards on production lines, providing technical expertise in quality improvement, and contributing to a culture of safety and continuous improvement. The candidate must be capable of lifting up to 40 pounds and possess the ability to work effectively within a high-performance team.
