Job Title: SAP Payroll Analyst
Duration: 2 Months
Payrate: $35 - $40 per hour
Location: Tampa, Florida 33607
We are currently seeking an experienced SAP Payroll Analyst to support our ongoing payroll transformation initiatives. This role requires expertise in payroll tax management, SAP payroll systems, and multi-state payroll tax calculations. Additionally, the Analyst will assist with parallel testing and provide critical support across various SAP HR modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support for SAP HR functionalities, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and executing small enhancements.
- Work with SAP HR modules such as Payroll, Time Management, Organizational Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA), Compensation, and Training.
- Collaborate with HR users to resolve system issues and deliver consulting services, ensuring priorities are aligned with the team's needs.
- Develop functional specifications for custom ABAP reports, enhancements, and interfaces while supporting system configuration and testing.
- Assist with SAP Web applications, including configuration, troubleshooting, and testing.
- Support job scheduling configuration and monitor workflows to ensure seamless operation.
- Contribute to improving and aligning operational processes both locally and globally, driving continuous process enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with SAP payroll systems and multi-state payroll tax calculations.
- Familiarity with SAP HR modules, particularly Payroll, Time Management, and related functions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with HR teams and other stakeholders.
- Experience with SAP testing, system support, and application configurations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
