Position Title: Scientist - II (Associate)

Job Type: 12-Month Contract

Location: 727 Norristown Road; Spring House Innovation Park (SHIP) Site, Building 4, Lower Gwynedd, PA 19002

Pay - $25- $30 p/h

Education and Experience:

• BS in Analytical Chemistry with 4-6 years of relevant experience,
• MS with 1-3 years of experience, or
• Ph.D. with 0-2 years of relevant experience in Analytical Chemistry.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Hands-on experience in analytical laboratory techniques, including wet chemistry and chromatography.
• Proficiency in Liquid Chromatography (HPLC/UPLC) and dissolution.
• Experience with chromatographic integration and familiarity with Empower software (or similar chromatographic data acquisition systems) and Electronic Laboratory Notebook (ELN).
• Experience in collecting and analyzing raw data, as well as creating graphs and visualizations to interpret results.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an interdisciplinary team environment.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Expertise in UV spectroscopy.
• Knowledge of laboratory GMP, quality, compliance, data integrity requirements, and current industry trends.
• Ability to troubleshoot various analytical techniques (e.g., chromatography, dissolution, spectroscopy).
• Proven ability to work independently in a laboratory setting.
• Familiarity with statistical tools and methods (e.g., Excel, Minitab, statistical data treatment).
• Experience in conducting comparative and multi-media dissolution studies.
