Job Title : Senior Space Planner
Location : Palm Bay, FL USA
Duration : 12 Months
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Facilities Management, or a related field.
In lieu of degree will consider 10 years or relative growth experience in Space Planning
Minimum of 3 years of experience in space planning or facilities management.
Familiar with AutoCAD
Proficiency in CAD software and space planning tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of building codes, ADA regulations, and health and safety standards.
Experience with BIM Software
Preferred Qualifications :
Professional certification in Facilities Management or related field.
Experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling) software.
