Social Media Marketing Intern (or) Digital Beauty Advisor
Location: Berkeley Heights, NJ, 07922
Type: Contract (12 Months)
Payrate: $20 - $24 per hour
We are looking for a passionate Digital Beauty Advisor to join our dynamic team and engage with consumers across all major social media platforms (Tik Tok, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter). This role requires a customer-obsessed mindset and a deep interest in beauty, fashion, and lifestyle brands. If you're a proactive, bilingual (Spanish) social media enthusiast with excellent communication skills, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Digital Beauty Advisor by engaging with followers on social media in a timely and responsive manner.
- Support public channels (social, R&R, Q&A) by providing insights, strategy recommendations, and engaging with the audience as needed.
- Stay current with brand and care trainings, social strategies, and best practices.
- Follow brand guidelines and social FAQ documents for launches and key moments.
- Compose custom responses to consumers, addressing issues in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Identify and recommend strategies to influence purchasing decisions.
- Alert internal teams to critical customer complaints and collaborate on solutions.
- Provide recommendations based on consumer feedback and trends for content and engagement strategies.
- Stay on top of emerging social media trends and tools.
Responsiveness & Performance:
- Maintain a 100% reply rate and meet response time goals across all social channels.
- Ensure consumer satisfaction and sentiment scores align with company standards.
- Track and monitor personal social KPIs using Sprinklr.
- Flexibility to work weekends and outside standard hours as needed.
- Meet established quality standards in all social interactions.
- Identify opportunities to improve policies or processes to enhance customer experience.
LE Care Technology Suite:
- Document product issues for product improvement or development.
- Accurately input data into CRM and surveys to maintain data integrity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1-2 years of social media engagement experience
- Customer service experience is preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish required) preferred
- Familiarity with major social media platforms (Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter)
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- High degree of flexibility, adaptability, and responsiveness
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
