Troubleshooting and escalating programming issues in the field, making necessary changes independently or with assistance. Coordinating new customer incidents, problems, and requests via a ticketing system. Performing onsite preventative maintenance for support contract clients, ensuring all devices function as intended. Conducting research on system lifecycle and assisting customer engagement teams in improving customer experience. Providing training to customers on the use of their audiovisual systems. Continuously seeking ways to improve and optimize team effectiveness. Who You Are: You enjoy the challenge of finding and solving problems.
