As a Solutions Consultant at Radiant Technology, you'll bridge the gap between our innovative solutions and our clients' unique needs. Your role involves understanding clients' challenges, designing tailor-made solutions, and effectively demonstrating their transformative potential. Through clear, relatable insights, you'll turn technical concepts into compelling proposals, nurturing relationships with key accounts. Your mission is not just to close deals, but to forge enduring partnerships anchored in mutual trust and shared success. Day-to-Day Accountabilities Strategic Technical Planning: Design and document the framework of a technical strategy and culture of use within the client’s environment, with alignment from internal and external stakeholders. Sole ownership of executing the plan once alignment has been reached. Client Discovery: Initiate meetings with existing clients to assess their specific AV needs and challenges. Solution Design: Collaborate with the Solutions Architects and others in the Engineering team to design tailored audio-visual solutions, ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with client requirements. Proposal Creation: Compile detailed solution proposals based on the identified needs, ensuring a balance of innovative technology and budget considerations. Presentations: Conduct engaging presentations to clients, effectively communicating the benefits and features of the proposed solutions. Product Demos: Showcase the capabilities of various AV solutions, both remotely and in the company's experience center, tailoring the demonstration to the specific interests and needs of the client. Industry Knowledge: Regularly research and stay updated with the latest trends, products, and technologies in the audio-visual space, including digital signage and collaboration platforms like Teams and Zoom rooms. Client Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with assigned clients, ensuring their needs are continuously met and addressing any concerns or challenges that arise. Feedback Loop: Regularly collect and relay feedback from clients to the internal teams, aiding in the continuous improvement of products and services. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, sharing insights, and ensuring that the solutions being proposed are feasible, innovative, and in line with the company's capabilities. Sales Closure: Engage in negotiations with clients, working towards closing sales and ensuring that the company's solutions align with the clients' strategic goals. Qualifications and Skills 3 years sales experience Proficiency in products from manufacturers like QSC, Crestron, Biamp, Poly, Cisco, Shure amongst others. Technical understanding of networking and data protocols. Mastery over Microsoft Teams and Zoom platforms. AVIXA's CTS certification; CTS-D would be an advantage. General understanding of commercial audio-visual integration trends and technologies. Strong communication and presentation abilities. Ability to simplify complex technical solutions for diverse audiences. Conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
