What are the responsibilities and job description for the Window Cleaner position at Radiant Window Cleaning?
Looking for a few good employees that exhibit integrity, honor, dependability, and an old school work ethic. Window cleaning is mainly about doing the job properly, learning on the fly, fixing any mistakes before ending the job, smiling when and laughing when it's tough, and always treating the customer with respect and thoughtfulness.
You will need to be ok with the following:
- Learning the tools and methods we use
- Communicating
- Showing up on time and not leaving until the job is done correctly
- Following safety protocols
- Being friendly and agreeable especially when things go wrong
Bonuses & Tips based on performance. Benefits begin after 6 months.
