Responsibilities : 12 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Cloud Architecture, or Technical Leadership roles. Direct experience with OHS Head Start Program is highly preferred. Proven track record in designing and deploying cloud-based architectures using Azure or Google Cloud for government or large-scale enterprise systems. Extensive experience in transitioning systems from monolithic to microservices-based architectures. Hands-on experience with API design, system integration, and microservices deployment in complex environments. Experience in leading teams through DevOps practices, leveraging CI / CD pipelines for rapid, reliable deployments. Proven experience in Healthcare and grants related projects for ACF, HHS, NIH or other Federal Health agencies. Expertise in Java, React, Node.js, Spring Boot, and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB). Strong knowledge of cloud services (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud), including security, scaling, and optimization techniques. Proficiency in API development, data integration, and implementing enterprise-grade solutions. Certified Enterprise Architect (TOGAF or Zachman Framework).
