A Creative Production Manager oversees the planning, execution, and completion of creative projects in media, advertising, or entertainment industries. This role involves managing the creative production process from pre-production through post-production for various media outputs like television shows, web content, videos, or other digital media.Key Responsibilities : 1. Project Planning and Scheduling : - Develop and manage production schedules, timelines, and milestones to ensure projects are delivered on time.- Coordinate pre-production activities such as ideation, concept creation, casting, scriptwriting, budgeting, and specifications.2. Budget Management : - Oversee financial aspects of production, ensuring projects are completed within budget constraints.- Manage expenses, track costs, and implement cost-saving strategies when necessary.3. Team Coordination and Leadership : - Lead and manage a team of creatives, including art directors, writers, designers, and technical staff.- Facilitate communication between different departments or teams to optimize production processes.4. Resource Allocation : - Organize and manage the technical and logistical resources, including equipment, personnel, and facilities.- Ensure all necessary resources are available and utilized efficiently.5.
