Job Description : As a Remote WFH Full Time Administrative Assistant - Typing - Part Time Entry Level, you will play a vital role in helping our team stay organized and efficient. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team in the form of typing and data entry tasks. This is a part-time position with the potential to turn into a full-time role for the right individual. This is a remote work from home opportunity, so you can work from the comfort of your own home. Responsibilities :

  • Type and enter data accurately and efficiently
  • Proofread and edit documents for accuracy
  • Organize and maintain company files and documents
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned   Qualifications :
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous administrative or data entry experience is preferred
  • Excellent typing skills with a minimum of 40 WPM
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
