Contract
· - Design, develop, and implement high-quality Java-based applications and solutions.
- - Provide architectural blueprints and technical leadership to our IT team.
- - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- - Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure the highest quality product platform.
- - Define all aspects of development from appropriate technology and workflow to coding standards.
- - Mentor and guide junior developers in best practices and architecture design.
- - Ensure compliance with architectural principles, design standards, and best practices.
- - Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to technical standards.
- - Continuously assess, evaluate, and refine the architecture to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
Key Skills and Qualifications
· - Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- - Proven experience as a Java Architect or in a similar role with strong Java development skills.
- - Expertise in designing and building enterprise-scale applications using Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and related technologies.
- - Solid understanding of design patterns, best practices, and performance tuning in Java.
- - Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- - Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and tools like Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- - Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions.
Experience
Minimum 8 years of experience in Java development, with at least 3 years in a senior or Lead role.
