Job Description: -
*Need a hands-on Salesforce BA similar who can work as traditional BA but also has a good understanding of Salesforce functionalities and limitations. *Must have minimum 8-10 years experience as Salesforce BA preferably with experience in service cloud or alternatively FSL or Communities Cloud3. *Must have excellent communication skills and capable of running user requirement sessions with senior business stakeholders; writing user stories; backlog refinement4. *Must know what limitations are possible in Salesforce example process flows, triggers, workflows vs customization5. *Must have Lifesciences experience working in a Regulated environment6. *Nice to have experience with Medical Devices Industry 7. *Good understanding of Agile and Safe principles and how his role as a BA will work in such model8. *Must be comfortable working in an offshore model and interacting with technical and business teams9. *Admin and Service or FSL or Communities Certification preferred
