IAM Architect

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled IAM Technical Architect to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in identity and access management (IAM), security architecture, and Microsoft Entra ID solutions. As the IAM Technical Architect, you will be responsible for architecting, implementing, and maintaining robust security solutions, ensuring secure and compliant access controls, and continuously enhancing identity management practices across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Implement Entra ID Security Solutions: Architect and manage Entra ID security solutions, ensuring robust authentication and seamless access control policies across applications and services.
• MFA & SSO Solutions: Implement and maintain Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions, enhancing security for enterprise applications.
• Conditional Access Policies: Configure and optimize Conditional Access policies, ensuring secure access management for all users across the organization.
• Hybrid Identity Management: Design and manage Azure AD Connect for seamless hybrid identity synchronization between on-premises and cloud environments.
• B2B & B2C Identity Solutions: Implement and maintain identity solutions for both Business-to-Business (B2B) and Business-to-Consumer (B2C) scenarios, ensuring secure access for external users.
• PowerShell Automation: Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate identity management tasks, access reviews, cleanup activities, and security monitoring for operational efficiency.
• User Provisioning & De-Provisioning: Automate user lifecycle management processes, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews, to streamline workflows and ensure compliance.
• Access Reviews & Least Privilege: Conduct regular access reviews and ensure the enforcement of the least privilege access model to minimize security risks.
• Health Monitoring & Incident Response: Monitor and maintain the health of Entra ID, ensuring adherence to security best practices and organizational policies. Respond promptly to identity security incidents and mitigate vulnerabilities.
• AI/ML Integration for Security: Leverage AI and Machine Learning to evaluate and assess login attempts for risk, using predictive models to enforce additional security measures if necessary.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an IAM Technical Architect or in a similar security architecture role.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Azure Active Directory (AAD), and other IAM technologies.
• Experience with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Azure AD Connect and hybrid identity environments.
• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation, identity management, and access control.
• Experience in B2B and B2C identity solutions and secure external user access management.
• Strong understanding of Conditional Access, Access Reviews, and least privilege principles.
• Ability to analyze and respond to security logs, incidents, and vulnerabilities related to identity systems.
• Familiarity with integrating AI/ML for intelligent risk assessment in identity security management.

Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals, or other IAM-related certifications are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $160,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
