We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Architect to join our team in delivering cutting-edge solutions for our professional services organization. As the Technical Architect, you will be responsible for designing and delivering customer solutions with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Azure, M365 Copilot, and AI-powered technologies. You will ensure that the technical solution is viable, scalable, and aligned with customer requirements while leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Architecture: Design and deliver technical solutions for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 and cloud-based platforms (Microsoft Azure, M365 Copilot, Data AI). Ensure the solution architecture aligns with customer goals and business objectives.
- Customer-Facing Leadership: Lead customer-facing meetings across LATAM, the United States, and Canada to understand requirements, drive business outcomes, and provide strategic direction.
- Change Management Leadership: Lead and manage organizational change management (OCM) efforts as part of enterprise-level technology migration and transformation programs. Work closely with internal and customer teams to drive successful adoption of new technology solutions.
- OCM Design & Delivery: Serve as the OCM architect/team lead for Microsoft enterprise customers across industries. Create OCM strategies, processes, and deployment plans to ensure smooth transitions during system implementation.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with key stakeholders, including business executives, IT teams, and third-party vendors, to drive change management and technology solutions effectively.
- Prosci Methodology Expertise: Utilize Prosci certification and expertise to drive organizational change programs. Help customers manage change and improve technology adoption and outcomes.
- Technical Risk Management: Ensure the technical feasibility and risk mitigation of customer solutions. Address any technical blockers, performance issues, or architecture gaps that may impact project delivery.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead and collaborate with diverse teams, providing technical guidance and mentorship while ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Technical Expertise:
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 (Technical)
- Proficient in Microsoft Azure, M365 Copilot, and Data AI
- Deep knowledge of cloud architecture and best practices
- Expertise in Organizational Change Management (OCM) and Prosci methodology
- Experience:
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale enterprise technology solutions
- Experience leading change management initiatives and delivering OCM strategies for enterprise-level clients
- Strong background in delivering technology migration and transformation programs
- Customer-facing experience in leading OCM teams and working with global clients
- Certifications:
- Prosci Certification
- Microsoft Certified (Azure or Dynamics) preferred
- Skills:

Pay: $140,000.00 - $144,000.00 per year
