Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Data Entry and Customer Account Specialist for a contract-to-hire position. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering data, setting up new customer accounts, managing existing customer accounts, and handling incoming calls. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, a quick learning ability, and a flexible mindset to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following :
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain data integrity across various systems.
- Set up new customer accounts, ensuring all required information is collected and entered correctly.
- Manage and update existing customer accounts, addressing any discrepancies or issues promptly.
- Respond to inbound inquiries (phone, email, chat) from customers, providing information and resolving inquiries in a professional manner.
- Perform outbound calls or emails as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
- Train and learn existing systems and new software as necessary.
- Assist with orders and support for resellers and their customers.
- Assist with any additional administrative tasks as required.
