As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams by optimizing processes, managing data and systems, and driving actionable insights. Reporting to the Revenue Operations Lead, you will work cross-functionally to understand requirements, manage priorities, and execute initiatives that enable revenue growth and operational efficiency. This role will also support pricing experimentation efforts to inform strategic business decisions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Tools & Technology Management : Administer and optimize CRM, marketing automation, and customer success tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Ensure seamless integration between systems and maintain data accuracy across platforms.
- Process Improvement & Enablement : Develop workflows, automations, and processes to improve operational efficiency across all revenue-driving teams. Deliver enablement resources, training, and support to ensure team adoption of tools and best practices.
- Data Analysis & Reporting : Collect, track, and analyze performance metrics across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success (e.g., pipeline coverage, campaign KPIs, customer retention). Build dashboards and reports to support decision-making and track performance trends.
- Support Pricing Experimentation : Assist in designing, executing, and analyzing pricing experiments, including A / B testing and customer segmentation, and data analysis.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate closely with functional leaders in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to understand their requirements, manage project priorities, and align operations initiatives with team goals.
