What you’ll be doing:
- Analyzing all billing procedures and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Verifying with other departments that orders have been fulfilled or additional funding is required.
- Preparing, issuing, and sending invoices.
- Reviewing invoices to ensure billing accuracy.
- Reviewing open projects to ensure the billing of all sales.
- Communicating with clients and other departments, resolving issues, and providing clarifications.
- Ensuring clients' billing accounts are set up correctly and according to their requirements.
- Conducting accounts receivable collection efforts.
- Maintaining updated records of accounts receivable.
- Preparing reports and meeting billing deadlines.
What you’ll bring to the table:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree in accounting or related field preferred.

Physical Demands:
The employee is required to spend prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer; occasionally climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Exposure to noise. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Required Education, Experience, Certification and Licenses:
· High school diploma or equivalent required.
· Associates degree or vocational school training preferred.
· Must pass Criminal & Credit background check.
