Job Title: I.T. Specialist
Reports to: Sales manager
Position Summary: Maintain, Install, configure, and update computer systems.
Essential I.T. Support Responsibilities:
- Keep computer systems operating efficiently
- Install and configure operating systems and applications
- Assist staff with actions in person and remotely
- Tests evaluate and roll out new systems
- Set up new user accounts and profiles
- Update and maintain fishbowl
- Performs other I.T. duties as assigned
Minimum/ Skills and Desired Qualifications:
· Associates degree in computer technologies or similar area
· Proficiency in MS Office applications
· Proficiency in Google workspace
· Knowledge and training in computer operating systems and software
· Excellent communication skills; verbal and written
· Ability to think logically and work as a team member
· CompTIA certification
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
