What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Account Specialist position at RADICAL COSMETICS, LLC?
Radical Cosmetics is seeking Customer Account Representatives who will receive and process all new incoming orders, resolve issues, handle inquiries, and interact with other departments. The Account Representatives will regularly communicate with customers via phone, in person, or email. The salary range is dependent on experience and education.
Responsibilities:
- Knows and keeps track of current accounts.
- Serves as the primary point for contact for assigned clients, resolves any issues or complaints and provides updates on new products or services.
- Keeps track of corporate communication channels.
- Updates notes and comments regularly for each account in our ERP system.
- Initiates contact with new and prospective clients.
- Updates existing clients on new products.
- Initiates the sales process by scheduling appointments, creating presentations, and understanding account requirements.
- Closes sales by building rapport with potential accounts.
- Collaborates internally with multiple departments including account management and marketing.
- Contributes information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products.
- Providing support for clients by learning about and satisfying their needs.
- Staying current on company offerings, new development and industry trends.
- Building long lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contact to create a better costumer experience.
Experience and requirements:
- Associate's Degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience.
- Must be able to effectively communicate and compose emails.
- Must pass background and drug tests.
- Basic math skills
- Must have knowledge of Microsoft office (Intermediate to expert level)
- Must have 2 years of Excel Knowledge
