Job description
We're looking for someone with the ability to multi-task efficiently; prioritize work, able to finish tasks independently, and work well with others. This candidate will be responsible for resolving inventory discretion, inventory counts, confirming inventory locations, data entry, utilizing Formulator software(training will be given), and able to manage inventory of raw materials and Bulk according to site standards. The ideal candidate must be able to work under pressure and have attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Log all incoming shipments in the inventory system
- Inspect all packages for damages, quality, quantity, etc.
- Responsible for loading all pallets in the designated location after receiving them (within 24-48 hrs)
- Responsible for taking finished goods pallets, and preparing them for shipment (UPS/Fed-Ex/trucking companies)
- Responsible for ensuring outgoing boxes are placed onto pallets properly
- Achieves on-time shipment of orders
- Ensure the customer receives an accurate, damaged-free, and properly labeled order
- Help maintain the monthly inventory.
- Maintain a clean working environment
- Adheres to all safety procedures and routines
- Performs other duties and tasks as needed upon request
Experience:
- Knowledge of warehouse and inventory systems
- Forklift knowledge
Requirements:
- Needs to be detail-oriented
- Must be able to lift >50 lbs. unassisted
- Must be able to stand for up to 8hrs
- Must be able to climb, bend at the waist, kneel or crouch for extended periods, reach overhead
- Must know how to manage time and be organized
- Be able to multi-task
- Be able to work in a fast pace environment
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- Full-time - Monday- Friday 9 AM- 5 PM. Some Saturdays are required. Must be able to pass a Drug Test and a Background Check
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
