Production Coordinator – Radical Restoration

Are you ready to take your production skills to the next level? At Radical Restoration, we’re looking for a driven and experienced Production Coordinator to lead our construction projects across Northern Virginia and Maryland. If you have 3 years of home improvement experience, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee Production: Manage the entire production process, from material procurement to final delivery, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to timelines.
• Schedule Coordination: Organize materials, subcontractors, deliveries, and client communication while ensuring project supervisors and internal teams are aligned.
• Subcontractor Management: Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, track their documentation (licenses, insurance, etc.), and ensure job accuracy before approving invoices.
• Pipeline & Project Tracking: Monitor project progress via CRM (JobNimbus), ensure timelines are met, and address any risks or delays.
• Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the production phase, providing updates and ensuring a smooth, 5-star experience.
• HOA Approvals: Coordinate and follow up on HOA approvals, working closely with clients and sales teams to streamline the process.
• Material & Work Orders: Calculate materials, place orders, and generate detailed work orders with safety procedures for each project.
• Problem Solving: Address any issues on job sites, resolve discrepancies with vendors, and ensure smooth coordination between all parties involved.
• Project Coordination: Ensure resources are efficiently allocated and all projects stay within budget, while maintaining high-quality standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3 years in home improvement production.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software and the insurance industry.
• OSHA 30 certified or willing to get certified.
