Location: Hybrid in Lansing, MI

Are you an experienced Business Analyst with a deep background in Infor Global HR, Lawson, and CloudSuite implementations? Looking for an opportunity to work on high-impact projects with a state government agency? If so, this could be the perfect role for you!

What You ll Be Doing:

• Reviewing and analyzingbusiness processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Developing system solutions, writing functional & technical specs, and assisting with reporting & data warehousing.
• Leading multiple Infor Global HR/BN/LP/Payroll implementationsand Infor Version 11 application upgrades.
• Providing documentation and knowledge transfer to teams.
• Working closely with IT and business project teams to define reporting and data warehouse needs.

What You Need to Bring:

• 16 years of experiencein business analysis.
• 3 years of CloudSuite implementation(GHR & Payroll).
• 15 years working with Lawson Versions 8, 9, 10across HR, Benefits, Payroll, Leave, and Personnel.
• Expertise in BSI-Tax Factory(15 years preferred).
• Strong ability to identify risks, provide cost-benefit analyses, and drive solutions.
