About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven professional to join our team as a Member Success Supervisor.
This key role involves supporting the Member Success Manager in achieving team and individual goals, while also providing guidance and coaching to branch staff on sales and service strategies.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct member interviews to understand their financial needs and present relevant RadiFi products and services.
- Lead Member Success Advocate operations to ensure compliance with cash management procedures.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance cross-selling skills among Member Success Advocates.
- Collaborate with Retail Leadership to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to achieve those goals.
- Act as a substitute Member Success Lead when needed.
Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum of two years of similar or related experience, including time spent in preparatory positions.
NMLS license and any required insurance licenses must be maintained.
A high school degree or GED is required; a college degree is preferred.
