Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for members and potential members.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet team and individual goals.
- Collaborate with the Member Success Manager to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
- Provide training and coaching to help the branch achieve strategic growth goals.
- Ensure compliance with cash management policies and procedures.
- Assist with member inquiries and escalations regarding debit card items, disputes, and other issues.
- Open new membership accounts, including consumer and business memberships.
- Support the growth of business lines that require referrals, such as Investment Services, Mortgages, and Business Services.
