Job Summary
RadiFi Federal Credit Union is seeking an accomplished professional to serve as a Member Success Supervisor.
This role requires supporting the Member Success Manager in meeting team and individual goals, as well as providing guidance and coaching to branch staff on sales and service strategies.
Main Responsibilities:
- Cultivate strong relationships with members by understanding their financial needs and presenting relevant RadiFi products and services.
- Oversee Member Success Advocate operations to ensure compliance with cash management procedures.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance cross-selling skills among Member Success Advocates.
- Collaborate with Retail Leadership to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to achieve those goals.
- Act as a substitute Member Success Lead when needed.
Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum of two years of similar or related experience, including time spent in preparatory positions.
NMLS license and any required insurance licenses must be maintained.
A high school degree or GED is required; a college degree is preferred.
