Key Responsibilities
- Present RadiFi Credit Union products and services to members and potential members.
- Oversee Member Success Advocate operations to ensure compliance with cash management policies.
- Provide training and coaching to help the branch achieve strategic growth goals.
- Follow up with members to obtain loan documents and complete account opening or closing processes.
- Assist with member inquiries and escalations regarding debit card items, disputes, and other issues.
- Open new membership accounts, including consumer and business memberships.
- Support the growth of business lines that require referrals, such as Investment Services, Mortgages, and Business Services.
