Objective :

The Customer Care Supervisor is responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers. The Customer Care Supervisor will manage daily team operations and workflow, as well as oversee the Customer Service team.

Essential Functions

  • Organizes and prioritizes work to meet departmental and customer demands promptly, accurately, and efficiently

Oversees cases assigned to Customer Service and Credit User

  • Oversees Customer Service shared email inbox
  • Follows up on long-pending Case and RMA line items
  • Oversees Exchange repacking and Scrap Ticket processing
  • Follows up on overdue repair billing, customer damage billing
  • Ensures accurate data entry in CRM
  • Maintains Customer Service inventory systems
  • Organizes for efficiency

  • Conducts Cycle Counts
  • Scraps unusable or obsolete parts
  • Supervises Customer Service Representative full employment cycle (hire, train, manage, terminate)
  • Acts as a mentor, helping CSRs to develop their skill sets

  • Conducts checks for assessment
  • Ensures all team members follow standardized procedures
  • Maintains training guidelines and documentation; contributes to developing the Customer Service knowledge base
  • Maintains KPI data and reports findings to Electronics Repair Supervisor, Technical Support Coordinator, and Customer Service Manager
  • Implements Process Improvements
  • Handles and resolves escalated Customer Service Issues
  • Assists Customer Service team with daily tasks as needed
  • Supervisory Responsibility

    This position supervises the Customer Service team.

    Position Type / Expected Hours of Work

    This is a full-time position. Hours of work are expected to coincide with the Company's normal business hours, Monday-Friday.

    Required Education and Experience to perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and / or ability required.

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 2 years Microsoft Office Suite and Windows experience
  • Minimum two years customer service experience
  • Minimum two years supervisory experience
  • Experience with inventory is highly preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task with efficiency.
  • Exceptional customer service and phone skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
