Objective :
The Customer Care Supervisor is responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers. The Customer Care Supervisor will manage daily team operations and workflow, as well as oversee the Customer Service team.
Essential Functions
- Organizes and prioritizes work to meet departmental and customer demands promptly, accurately, and efficiently
Oversees cases assigned to Customer Service and Credit User
Organizes for efficiency
Acts as a mentor, helping CSRs to develop their skill sets
Supervisory Responsibility
This position supervises the Customer Service team.
Position Type / Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Hours of work are expected to coincide with the Company's normal business hours, Monday-Friday.
