What we’re looking for: The Sitecore Quality Assurance Analyst role is to implement quality assurance standards for the information technology services, working on an Agile web development team. The Sitecore QA Analyst will apply proven analytical and problem-solving skills to design, develop, revise, and execute test cases quickly and carefully.

What you’ll do:
- Implement quality assurance measures and testing standards for new and existing web applications and web sites.
- Test sitecore components as they are developed and updated
- Work with the QA team to identify and apply QA best practices to the design, development, and execution of test cases.
- Analyze documentation and technical specifications of any new application under deployment or consideration to determine its intended functionality
- Hold test plan/case reviews with Agile team members and QA Manager.
- Ensure that testing activities allow applications to meet business requirements, systems goals, system compliance, and technical specifications, and identify existing or potential issues.
- Perform application testing, including system, regression, and user acceptance testing.
- Communicate test progress, test results, and other relevant information to Agile team members.
- Collaborate regularly with developers and other Agile Team members on your Scrum or Kanban team.
- Develop and execute manual test cases based on user stories or requirements
- Collaborate with Product Owner to execute manual tests with selected test cases.
- Work with PMO and Product Owners to support any business requirements and UAT.
- Test any new software to ensure integration into company systems meets requirements.
- Attend training to acquire expertise in RSNA core technologies.
- Analyze test results to discover and report any defects, bugs, errors, configuration issues, and interoperability flaws.
- Use Postman to test API calls by creating new and updating existing calls in Postman collection
- Create, execute and evaluate automated test cases and report test results.
- Create, execute and evaluate performance test scripts for critical applications.
- Create and execute basic SQL queries to get / reset test information and to validate database updates.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Experience with Sitecore CMS
- Experience writing and executing test cases
- Experience reporting bugs
