Town Center Imaging is looking for a full time Tech Aide for a fast-paced outpatient imaging center. The incumbent will provide quality customer service while obtaining and entering accurate demographic and insurance information into our RIS system for our patients.
You’ll get to:
- Facilitate patient flow in order to maintain patient schedules by getting patients ready for their exam that may include: assisting patients in getting dressed or undressed and starting or removing IVs.
- Work independently and steadily to ensure even flow of patients without delay or interruption. Inform patient and family of any delays.
- Fulfill organizational responsibilities as assigned, which may include: setting up instruments and equipment according to department protocol; cleaning exam/procedure rooms, instruments, and equipment between patient visits to maintain infection control.
- Calls and/or faxes STAT results to ordering clinician and enters documentation into RIS.
What you will need to be successful:
- High School diploma or GED
- A minimum of one (1) year related experience
- Customer service skills a must
