Summary: The Patient Scheduling Representative supports and assists patients in preparing for procedures. This role will coordinate with patients to obtain and verify necessary information and discuss protocols for their examinations and procedures including obtaining relevant paperwork and help verify insurance prior authorizations and verifications.
