Invision Sally Jobe (ISJ) is a network of imaging centers built and managed through a partnership between Radiology Imaging Associates and HealthOne. Our imaging centers are conveniently located throughout the South Denver area and offer a variety of exams using state of the art equipment. Our services include MRI, CT, digital mammography, ultrasound, pain management, DXA, X-Ray, and image guided biopsies. Our mission is to improve the health of patients in the communities we serve by proving them with the highest quality imaging and associated medical care.
Primary Responsibilities :
As a Biopsy Data Coordinator, your duties may include, but are not limited to :
- Work directly with patients, technologists, radiologists and nurse navigators to schedule US, Stereo, and MRI guided breast procedures
- Serve as a liaison between ISJ, the ASC, and our affiliate surgeons to coordinate the scheduling of needle localization and sentinel node procedure
- Schedule imaging exams and / or assist with rescheduling as needed
- Facilitate the technologists and radiologists with order correction or acquisition
- Contact referring physician's offices to request / obtain orders for imaging studies
- Index incoming orders and pathology reports
- Perform clinical review of scheduled exams to verify the accuracy and completeness of orders
- Coordinate the request and retrieval of external images for new and out-of-state patients referred to us for imaging, biopsies or procedures
- Assemble breast biopsy packets for patients, including ordering the necessary supplies and patient collateral
- Perform other duties as assigned by the breast section team

Why ISJ?
Compensation is between $19.00 and $24.00 / hr
In accordance with Colorado law, the range provided is Invision Sally Jobe's reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. This position will accept applications on an ongoing basis and will remain open until filled.
