Radiology Ltd., is seeking a Full time MRI Technologist Trainer. The hours for this position may vary based on site and training schedule. The successful candidate will be a team player with a positive attitude and excellent imaging skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The MRI Technologist Trainer performs a variety of standard and specialty Magnetic Resonance (MR) procedures to produce imaging studies using radiology technology to assist physicians with formulating a medical diagnosis while complying with safety and regulatory requirements. Specifically, conducts radiology exams and documents clinically appropriate results for interpretive physicians and records. In addition to their primary role as an MRI Technologist, they serve as a mentor and trainer for employees accepted into the Technologist Advancement Academy (TAA) program. The trainer provides hands-on instruction, guidance, and feedback to TAA trainees, fostering their growth in clinical and operational competencies while modeling professionalism and core company values. We offer an additional $5,000 bonus for every technologist that is trained to completion. The MRI Technologist Trainer will be able to work across multiple sites.
- Customer Service - Ability to provide excellent patient care, acting with professionalism and empathy at all times.
- Provide excellent patient care in a timely manner, communicate with radiologists and work efficiently with team members.
- Responsible for performing precise, prompt and high quality MR examinations.
- Selects appropriate imaging techniques and operates console and peripheral hardware, enters and monitors patient data.
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Performs a variety of tasks and works under general supervision.
- Serve as the primary trainer for assigned TAA trainees, providing hands-on instruction in clinical and operational topics
- Monitor trainee progress, adjust training plans, and ensure milestones are achieved and on schedule
- Complete and maintain Super User certification to guide trainee performance effectively
- Develop training plans with trainees, identifying key milestones such as ARRT competencies and progress
Qualifications
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a technologist preferred but not required.
- Superior communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills, always putting the patient first
- Must be able to manage time in a productive manner within the guidelines of the department
Qualifications:
- The applicant must be a graduate of an accredited school of Radiology Technology and have ARRT Advanced Registration and current Arizona State Licensure.
