Location : Lehigh Acres, Florida - On-site (1110 Lee Blvd)

Job Summary :
Responsible for scheduling, canceling, and rescheduling of patient exams for multiple imaging center locations by collecting and processing accurate patient demographics and clinical information in accordance with Radiology Regional protocol pertinent to the requested exam. Responsibilities are performed via phone and computer in a call center setting with a high volume of daily calls and fax requests from patients and / or referring physician offices.
