Job Overview:
The Assistant General Manager will help lead the front and back of house team and play an integral role in the success of the store. The AGM will work closely with and support the general manager in all aspects of day-to-day operations. Our company prides itself on training and developing leaders and view this role as an opportunity for the individual to grow and develop within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Support the general manager and help manage the day-to-day operations of the store, focusing particularly on the front-of-house
- Help build and develop an exceptional team
- Lead by example by living the core values and treating our team the way we want them to treat the customer
- Ensure customers get the best possible service by training and coaching the team
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
