Our baristas are always organized, calm, and friendly, going above and beyond to make sure our guests have the best experience at our Corner Cup Coffee Shop. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet all customers with a friendly smile; provide friendly, efficient and personal service to each customer.
- Take food and drink orders; understand the food and beverage menu in order to provide the best possible description and execution of menu items to your guests.
- Have an in-depth understanding of the coffee preparation process, including specialty drinks.
- Accurately and efficiently enter order into POS system.
- Receive and prepare orders sent through from the POS system.
- Clear and reset counters and tables at conclusion of each guest.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures.
- Provide guests with the finest quality of service at all times in a warm and enthusiastic manner.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of food service regulations.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communications skills required.
- Able to stand for long periods of time.
- Able to utilize quick thinking and apply quick resolution to guest issues in accordance to the brand standards.
- Excellent conflict-resolution skills.
- Able to work in fast paced environment.
- Able to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks.
