Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service in a relaxing-calm environment.
Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment
- Check customers' identification and confirm legal drinking age
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system
- Monitor inventory levels and restock bar supplies as needed
Skills:
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Experience in food service or restaurant environment
- Familiarity with banquet or catering events is a plus
- Ability to handle food safely and responsibly
- Proficiency in basic math for handling payments accurately
- Experience with POS systems for order processing
- Strong bartending skills including mixing drinks and garnishing
