Starting Pay: $21.00 an hour or based on experience.
Shifts/Positions Needed:
- Full-Time | 3:00PM - 11:00PM | Sat - Sun - Mon - Tue - Wed
Key Responsibilities:
- Responds to both customer and hotel staff reports of non-functioning equipment immediately
- Maintains rooms in operating condition by performing repairs as needed
- Performs preventative maintenance throughout the hotel
- Creates 100% guest satisfaction by providing Yes I Can! genuine hospitality and by exceeding guest expectations
Requirements:
- Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of general facility maintenance experience, preferably within the hospitality industry
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to successfully pass a driving record check
- Works well independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends
Physical Demands:
- Occasional lifting of up to 100 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to hear with 100% accuracy with correction
- Ability to stand and exert well paced mobility for an eight (8) hour shift
- Ability to lift, pull, push up to 100 pounds on an ongoing basis
- Must be able to squat, bend, kneel and twist on an ongoing basis
