The Historic Radisson Lackawanna Station Hotel is currently seeking a motivated thorough maintenance technician to undertake the responsibility to preserve the condition and functionality of the premises.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITYS:
· Ability to lift 50 pounds
· Ability to use snow removal equipment such as shovels, snow blowers, plows, and salt spreaders
· Light carpentry
· Paint and install wallpaper
· Replace light bulbs and light electrical work
· Run power tools and lawn equipment
· Repair and maintain plumbing such as toilets, drains, shower, and sink fixtures
· Clean vacuum and trash removal
Requirements:
nights, weekends and holidays are a requirement.
A valid driver’s license is also a requirement.
