The Radisson Lackawanna Station Hotel is seeking experienced energetic servers to join our team. Qualified candidates must be professional, motivated and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining an upbeat attitude. Banquet Server Job Overview: The purpose of this position is to interact with our guests and ensure they have a great experience when dining and meeting.
Banquet Servers are responsible for positive guest interactions while serving guests in a friendly and efficient manner. At all times, servers are expected to be attentive to our guest needs and making them feel welcome, comfortable, important and relaxed. will follow through with the proper and timely set-up and execution of banquet events. Set up includes tables, chairs, stages, dance floors and audiovisual equipment.
Experience, Skills and Knowledge
Hotel Banquet/Catering experience preferred
Superior communication skills.
Ability to transport up to 50lbs. through a crowded room on a continuous basis throughout the shift and stand for extended periods of time.
Ability to work effectively under time constraints and deadlines
Maintain a high degree of professionalism. Maintain all equipment and facilities in an organized, clean, safe environment.
JOB TITLE: RESTAURANT SERVER
POSITION SUMMARY: Carmen’s 2.0 is seeking friendly restaurant servers who can deliver excellent customer service while enhancing the guest’s experience. The Restaurant Server will be responsible for greeting guests, servicing guests in a friendly and courteous manner, taking and delivering food/drink orders, suggestively selling menu items and assisting other service personnel as needed in order to provide total guest satisfaction.
If you have previous experience as a server and a dedication to providing excellent service to customers, we want to hear from you. We are also willing to train the right person.
HOURS: Breakfast Shift (everyday): 6am-12pm
Dinner Shifts (Friday and Saturday): 5p-9p
