4AM** Hotel Shuttle Driver

• Schedule starting at 4am in the morning but flexible end time based on preference. Can do a shorter shift and end at 8am each day .
• Assists guests by providing transportation, carrying baggage and disseminating information to maximize guest satisfaction
• Explains and promotes hotel facilities, outlets and services to guests as opportunities present themselves to increase guest satisfaction and maximize hotel revenues.
• Transports guests to and from airport or other guest requested locations
• Maintains an acceptable motor vehicle record check every 6 months
• Provides guest with local directions in a courteous and accurate manner.
• Ensures baggage is secured and tagged at guest request to store baggage if Bellperson is not available.
• Aware of hotel amenities and able to answer guest’s questions about the local area
• Responds quickly to guest requests or complaints in a friendly manner and ensures appropriate action is taken. Follows up to ensure guest satisfaction
• Provides a professional image at all times through appearance and dress.
• Follows company policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor or management

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
