Your duties will include collecting and maintaining reports and documentation, assistance in providing communication amongst the owner and businesses, answering/returning phone calls and emails, making appointments and travel arrangements and running errands.

- Provide direct assistance and support to the owner
- Collect, format, and edit documents and reports
- Assist with emails and communications
- Manage schedules and appointments
- Make appointments and travel, accommodation, and transportation arrangements
- Copy and scan documents
- Set reminders for upcoming events or deadlines
- Organize and plan meetings and conferences
- Run errands when needed
- High school degree/GED
- Experience in secretarial work or office administration is advantageous
- Prior working experience as a Personal Assistant
- MS Office, PowerPoint, and Excel proficiency
