Our client is a leading firm and is known for distinctive and distinguished platform, offering advice that truly makes a difference, and a prestigious brand
We are appointed to find a wealth advisor to join the Tampa office, who can evidence an ability to work with and generate UHNW clients ($3M ), and is looking for a firm that sees any new hire as an investment, so provides you with the support, and time to build your book.
YOU DO NOT NEED TO TRANSFER CLIENTS, BUT WILL NEED TO GENERATE CLIENTS FROM YOUR NETWORK.
What You’ll Do: As a Wealth Advisor, within your community, serving as a financial confidante to your clients. You will:
- Attract clients to the firm and help them navigate increasingly complex financial challenges.
- Understand each client’s values, lifestyle, and philanthropic goals.
- Connect clients to the firm’s vast planning and investing expertise, customizing advice to enable better, more informed wealth decisions.
- Enhance clients’ financial well-being while distinguishing yourself in a crowded field.
What you need to succeed: The most successful advisors come from diverse backgrounds and have oriented their practice around their relationships.
Salary : $160,000 - $300,000
