What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tax Accountant position at Radius Global Infrastructure?
We're seeking a fulltime Tax Accountant to join Team! In this role, you'll take the lead in preparing and filing complex tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance every step of the way. You'll also compile key financial statements and documents, equipping you to tackle any inquiries from regulatory agencies with confidence. This role is hybrid and requires 2 days in office at our Bala Cynwyd location.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing and reviewing income tax workpapers and ASC 740 income tax provisions
- Assist third party tax preparer with preparation of U.S. partnership and corporate income tax returns
- Supervise third party accountants in the preparation of foreign jurisdiction income tax returns.
- Preparing tax account reconciliations
- Work with the Treasury and Accounting functions to track and manage intercompany loans
- Maintaining tax depreciation/amortization schedules
- Assist with any audit inquiries
- Researching U.S., international, and foreign jurisdiction tax issues, and staying up to date on changes
- Ad hoc projects as needed
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Accounting/Finance from an accredited college/university; CPA preferred
Experience:
- 1 to 2 years of tax preparation experience
Technical Skills:
- Microsoft office proficiency, specifically excel, in particular the ability to work with pivot tables and complex formulas
- Experience with OneSource Tax Provision a plus
- Experience with BNA or equivalent tax research platform a plus
Soft Skills:
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, highly driven
- Good public speaking skills and ability to lead group meetings
- Ability to work independently (self-starter) and simultaneously manage multiple projects within a fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to travel, if required. (5%)
- Working on a computer for 6-8 hours a day
- May be required to work long and unpredictable hours

Salary Range: $75,000 - $105,000 annual base bonus potential
