Training Hrs:
5 weeks of paid training Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm!
Schedules after training are Monday - Friday
(must be open to working any 8 hour shift from 8am-6pm EST)
$14p/h plus incentive. (average of $250-$500 - month)
Summary of the Customer Service Representative:
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for effectively responding to customer inquiries while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, by providing a professional, positive, and empathetic experience to each consumer engagement.
Minimum Qualifications of the Customer Service Representative:
- 1 year or more months of customer service experience
- Professional demeanor, dependable, and able to maintain confidential information.
- High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate
Background checks and new hire drug screens are performed
