Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable professional at Radius International in Chelsea, MA. The role involves overseeing expense reports, utilizing analytical skills, handling finance and accounting tasks, and ensuring accurate journal entries.

Qualifications

Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process

• Maintain books of accounts and correct errors in bookkeeping records.

• Verify that transactions are recorded in the appropriate day book, supplier’s ledger, customer ledger, and general ledger

• Ensure that payments within the bank are made in accordance with legal requirements or the business rules and policies of the bank regarding financial obligations or other accounts.

• Maintain accurate records of various transactions

• Issue financial reports

• Reconcile data

• Ensure that all incoming and outgoing funds are accurately accounted for and tracked.

• Maintain books of accounts and correct errors in bookkeeping records.

• Monitor accounts receivable

• Invoice vendors

• Offset and settle payments with overseas partners
